Terms of Service
ForgeSelf public offer
Revision: 17 October 2026. Version: 2026-10-17.
1. Provider and service
Self-employed Vsevolod Yuryevich Chernikov, Russian tax ID 366230466604 (the Provider), offers access to paid ForgeSelf features under these terms. Website: https://forgeself.com. Questions, complaints, cancellations and refunds: support@forgeself.com.
ForgeSelf helps users plan goals and tasks and track progress and time. Basic features are free. ForgeSelf Premium provides higher limits, focusing, automatic time tracking, detailed statistics and enhanced progress controls. See the feature comparison under Pricing. A subscription covers one account on the website and in the app, without a separate charge for each device. Server features require an internet connection and a signed-in account.
2. Ordering and activation
Before payment, users select a period and see its full price in Russian rubles and renewal terms. They must actively select an initially unchecked box accepting the offer and recurring charges, and a separate initially unchecked box consenting to personal data processing for subscription support. Visiting the page alone is not consent.
The contract is concluded once the payment provider confirms the first payment. Premium access is activated after the server receives successful payment confirmation. If payment was taken without activation, contact support with the account email and payment reference. Do not send card details or verification codes.
The app opens subscription management in a browser with the same terms and consent form. Existing App Store purchases, if any, are managed and refunded through Apple under their purchase terms; this offer covers website payments through Robokassa.
3. Price and periods
Robokassa payments are in Russian rubles. Each selected period is paid in full in a single charge:
| Period | First and each recurring charge | Monthly equivalent |
|---|---|---|
| 1 month | RUB 299 | RUB 299 |
| 6 months | RUB 1,494 | RUB 249 |
| 12 months | RUB 2,388 | RUB 199 |
Monthly equivalents are comparisons, not monthly instalments. Paid subscriptions have no free trial. The amount and period accepted at checkout apply to subsequent automatic charges. Price changes for new subscriptions do not change previously agreed recurring amounts. A different amount or period requires a new checkout and fresh consent.
4. Recurring charges
The first payment is made at checkout. Following confirmation, Robokassa may reuse the linked payment method for ForgeSelf Premium without asking for card details again. ForgeSelf does not store card numbers or CVC/CVV.
Renewal is initiated after the paid period ends, during the next renewal processing run. The period is 1, 6 or 12 calendar months as selected. If the corresponding day does not exist in the target month, its last day is used. Access expiry and the next payment date appear under Premium. Referral bonus access postpones the next payment until that access expires.
Each charge is the full agreed period price shown above and in the consent form. Renewals continue until cancelled. A failed renewal may be attempted at most three times within seven days after expiry. A further request is not sent while the previous result is unknown. A successful renewal extends access from the preceding expiry date. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, paid features are disabled and available basic features remain.
5. Cancellation and withdrawal of card permission
Cancel automatic charges and permission to use previously supplied payment details at any time via Premium → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription, then confirm. In the app, subscription management opens this section in a browser. Alternatively, email support@forgeself.com with the account email for identification. A request to stop using payment details is treated as cancellation of automatic charges.
No new automatic charge requests are initiated after cancellation is confirmed. A request already submitted to the payment provider may complete later; contact support for a refund of such a payment. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to prevent the next charge. Paid access remains until its expiry. Account deletion stops future automatic charges and access to the account. Resuming requires a new checkout and consent.
6. Refunds and complaints
Within 30 days of the first payment for any listed period, users may request a refund of that payment at support@forgeself.com. Include the account email, payment date, amount and reference if known. Contact the same address about recurring, mistaken or disputed charges. Complaints and refunds are handled within the time limits and to the extent required by applicable law. The voluntary first-payment guarantee does not restrict statutory consumer rights, including contract cancellation and remedies for defective services. Refunds are made through the payment provider to the original payment method unless applicable rules require otherwise.
7. Responsibilities and data
The Provider supplies paid access and support for payment and service issues. Users protect access to their accounts and comply with the law when uploading content. ForgeSelf is a planning tool and does not guarantee personal or commercial outcomes. These terms do not exclude statutory liability or mandatory consumer rights.
See the privacy policy for data processing. Consent history records the account, email, server timestamp, language and checkout source, amount, currency, period, terms version and confirmation texts, payment references and withdrawal details. It is used to demonstrate consent and resolve payment disputes. Account deletion does not automatically erase evidence required for legal obligations or protection of rights; these records are not used for advertising.
8. Changes
The current offer is published at /rules. Changes do not apply retroactively to paid access or previously agreed recurring amounts. Changed checkout terms require users to review and consent again. Complaints may be sent to support; statutory rights to seek remedies from courts and competent authorities remain unaffected.
